Under the fierce media competition, the development and expansion of Chinese party newspaper depends on its nature of authority and its perspective as "Being Close to Civilian". To characterize itself as "Authoritative and Being Close to Civilian ", Hangzhou Daily tried a specialized interactive edition, which named as "Listening and Communication".
