In the current world with the rapid development of economy, air transport has become increasingly important. Compared to sea and road transport, air transport is not a simple process to deal with. Compared with the traditional sea and road transport system, apparently the processing speed of air time can not meet the stringent requirements. Therefore, a Kuaisutongguan system which is suitable for air transport needs to be developed.This paper describes the airport logistics information system for the unique characteristics and technology used by the overall architecture design. Design of a multi-storey structure is based on J2EE using MVC, Sturcts, and Hibernate application of the overall structure, and multi-layer performance mainly refers to the interface, work logic layer and data access layer, and also every level is given mature mainstream software technology solutions and their corresponding design patterns which are suitable for the characteristics of the ports In the system, design and development process of multi-storey structure show that the unique advantage of, J2EE system; that is, it ensures the system design quality and reduces design risk.The completion and realization of the system prove that the use of the three-tier structure based on J2EE can not only make the electronic structure of the whole system clearer, but also it is suitable for air Logistics Information Platform and electronic port characteristics. Moreover, it significantly increases the operating efficiency and improves the system scalability, maintainability, reliability and availability.
