With the rapid development of IT, as well as the increasingly high expectations of the proprietor to the logistics information system, the success or failure use of the logistics information platform will directly determine the scientific development of modern logistics enterprises. Currently, the logistics information platform of the domestic logistics enterprises is uneven, which the success stories learn from is less. In response to this situation, this thesis aims to develop an information platform, which the change of tradition logistics to modern logistics, the change of enterprise logistics to the third party logistics,to break through it and improve scientific and effectiveness of the work.Starting from the actual needs of the Shanghai Jinshan Petrochemical Logistics Co., Ltd., we design and implement a integrative logistics information platform, which based on B/S&C/S hybrid structure, by using the integration theory of information systems and software tools such as PB&.NET. The thesis mainly says:(1)According to the company’s business and management status, analyse the demand for integrated logistics information platform system, in accordance with the idea of software engineering, determine the overall planning of the platform, the platform architecture and discuss the issues of platform security.(2)According to the integration of management ideals, based on integrated information, systematically design functions which required for modern logistics operation, include order management, warehouse management, transportation management, pallet management, procurement and distribution, financial settlement.(3)According to the B/S&C/S hybrid structure requirements, design and implement logistics business management, system management, data exchange management, combined with the requirements of the business and data layers to solve the technical problem of logistics information platform.(4)According to the requirements of the software testing, to verify the integrated logistics information platform whether achieve system requirements or not.Logistics information platform solved the problem of data seamless connectivity with major customers, and achieved integrated management of the logistics business.
