Automatic Switch Optical Network In Tangshan Netcom Research And Implementation

Automatic switch optical network (ASON) is considered to be the new direction of the next transmit network . ASON is the optical transmission technology which mixes the SDH,IP,DWDM together .The intelligent features and the technical advantages of ASON make it popular in the field of optical transmission at present.At the beginning of the thesis ,it gives a comprehensive discussion of the system architecture,protocol signaling and routing protocol .On the base of this ,the research on essential factor of network design is accomplished .The thesis also analyzes the application of ASON in Tangshan Netcom . Taking mediating the technology and cost ,as well as the combination of the net in use and ASON into account , the thesis brought forward three key factors worthy consideration when guiding ASON : network connections , kinds of services , size of services , which is believed to be a recommendable to the operators of telecommunication .In this thesis , an Automatic switch optical networking has been designed and implementation .The system tested the intelligent features of ASON which are different from the traditional SDH system , namely , auto-discovery network , mesh restoration , point to point service configuration , five SLA .With academic analysis and on site testing ,the network system trial is successfully carried out ,the technical standard is matched .This project is Tangshan Netcom's significant new-tech test item I participated in the network design, engineering, construction and network maintenance.And it will provide important technical references for the development strategies of Tangshan Netcom's transmission technologies , determining the development of next generation optical transmission networks .
