Project Management Implementation On Semiconductor Tester Utilization Improvement

Combined with the lean manufacturing's requirement in author's company, and theory and methodology of project management, and on the basis of analyzing the test tester utilization improvement implementation in semi-conductor assembly & test industrial. This thesis follows the project life cycle , has analyzed the applications of project management on the improving of the test tester utilization for each phase. The application of the case will makes enterprises more efficiently, controllable, and will enable the enterprises have the ability of faster reaction and stronger implementation to win the advantages in the operation management.The whole thesis has four chapters:The first chapter introduces the back grounding and meaning of this study. Give the introduction about internal and external semiconductor industry development.The second chapter focuses on the method of project management and application tools, and analyze the importance and possibility of project management implemented in semi-conductor test tester utilization improvement project.The third chapter introduces the definition and characteristic about semi-conductor tester utilization, do analyze on possibility.In fourth chapter, do detail study on Freescale tester utilization improvement project, including project objective initial, project plan and sub project implementation, project control & implementation, project closure & continuously improvement, in the last, show project result and introduced continuous improvement.This may has some reference value for the management practice of the development project and the industrial.
