This article mainly discusses the hardware design of the general signal processing board and driver development. The board adopt the structure of DSP+FPGA design. DSP are connected in the technology of distributed parallel. The high speed data communication can be used with either LINK Port or FPGA circuit. The board has powerful arithmetic and communication capability. It can be used for a variety of radar signal processing algorithm.Firstly, this paper discusses the signal processing core processor option,the system topology and PC interface,memory interface,IO communication interface between boards. And then, this paper detail the framework of the WDM driver,the basic WDM driver structure,memory operation. Then data reading and writing and other issues were introduced. At last, this paper take PCI device drivers and USB device drivers as an example to discuss the develop process.
