Electromechanical coupling measurement and evaluation of the integrated system this paper researched based on typical cases, main verified reasonable accuracy and the effectiveness of the "coupling theory and the impact of the mechanism ", composed by the comprehensive test platform and comprehensive evaluation platform, integrated The test and evaluation work very well, achieved test and evaluation of the integration and evaluated and analyzed of research results.In the comprehensive test platform design, the various waiting-test factors are analyzed from two parts of subjective experience and objective reality, which adopted Analytical Hierarchy Process and Data Envelopment Analysis and excluded the impact of a smaller or no impact of the test factors, thereby improved efficiency of the comprehensive test platform. In the comprehensive evaluation platform design, we select a small sample based on the comprehensive evaluation for the limited samples. Which used mathematical methods of interval analysis to estimate the elimination of bias, applied hypothesis-testing theory for the measured data and theory, the calculation mechanism of data comparison to get the final evaluation of the results which Authenticated by examples. System software design used Delphi programming language which had the characteristics of strict grammar, high-efficiency and flexible data structure and added the object-oriented programming ideas. The use of the Microsoft SQL Server database, could achieve large amounts of data storage and calling in a timely manner and linked up measurement and evaluation of data and information through the database well.
