Research On System Of Product Design For Manufacturing On The Large-scale Equipment Manufacturer

With the developing of globalization, a global buyer's market has come to being and the rate of product regeneration has been accelerated. The product design, for its quick response to market, has become more and more important in the enterprise. Meanwhile, the key factors of competition have transferred from cost, efficiency and quality to the rate and effect of product design. So, the product R&D department has to adapt to the change and takes the responsibility.First, the paper introduces the character of enterprise producing large equipment, the product design theory, design for manufacture, knowledge management based on process node and other relevant theory. As one of the innovation in the paper, knowledge management based process node has been brought forward by introducing the function, the hypothesis and the framework of the theory.Then, the paper introduces traditional product design status in quo and theory in large equipment enterprise. Also, the limitations of traditional theory are analyzed. By avoiding the limitations, this paper brings forward design for manufacture theory process model for large equipment enterprise by discussing the operation and evaluation of the new model. While discussing the operation of the model, process and the process node information cost a lot of words. According to the logistic relationship between bill of materials and technologic process chart, evaluating by bill of materials with time attribute. By now, design for manufacture theory process model for large equipment enterprise has been completed.In demonstration research, Zhejiang Jihua Environment Science and Technology Co. ,Ltd., a typical machine manufacturing plant, is chosen as research object. After analyzing the existing product design, this paper brings forward product design for manufacture theory and discussing the implement of the theory, including the framework, operation, support and effect of the theory.In a word, the research work will enrich the management theories and do some help to improve the level of management in organization by subject-cross.
