PDM Application And Implementation Technology In Audio Equipment Manufacture Industry

But in the meantime, the design data and technical documentproduced in product design process, presented the "information explosion" growthtendency. At the same time, because of lack efficient information delivery andtransformation between different systems, there formed "information isolatedisland", all this problems badly affected the further development of the enterprise.Product Data Management-PDM is a new information management thought andtechnology produced in this background, it is an integration and management all ofthe relate product information technology, based on information technology, andproduct-centered. It is one of the fastest-growing technology in CIMS, andindispensable tool in enterprise information construct.After read and analyzed lots of home and abroad literatures, this paperexpounded the definition, architecture, and the main function of the PDM roundly.Carried out the requirement analysis on one audio enterprise, then this paper putforward the common PDM actualize process, and choose the Lotsia PDM Plussoftware concretely actualized. The main research works of this thesis are as thefollowing:Firstly, from the background of PDM technology put forward the PDM'sdetailed definition, then analyzed the advantage and benefit of PDM, and expatiatedthe current status of home & abroad PDM technology and its development trend.Analyzed the characteristic of audio manufactory industry and the reason of whyimplementation PDM.Secondly, systemically introduced the PDM's system structure and functionstructure, studied the PDM's data vault & document management, product structure& configuration management, work flow management and system integrationfunction.Thirdly, carried out the requirement analysis on one audio enterprise, analyzed the product characteristics, manufacture & management mode, and the employeeorganization structure. Surveyed the enterprise informationlization construction, andin the end summarized the requirement description for the enterprise.Fourthly, based on the requirement situation investigation on one audioenterprise, carried out the PDM software product chooses, gave out the PDM projectimplementation scenario and process based on the Lotsia PDM Plus. In the endmade the detailed training schema.Finally, put forward the Lotsia PDM Plus system's concretely application andrealization in this enterprise.The research and applied result of this project sets a good engineering model forthe implementation of PDM in other enterprise.
