SMT Product Process Optimized Research Based On Intellegent Manufacture

SMT is the core field of the electronic information manufacturing industries,and the new intelligent manufacture is a trend for industrialization development.The traditional SMT industry is updated or renovated through intelligent manufacturing,then it will promote SMT industry development again.Developed countries already open the intelligent upgrading model of “Industry 4.0”,and it becomes this thesis target that those advanced theory of intelligent manufacturing are studied,referenced and practiced to update and renovate the current SMT product process.This thesis adopts the method of summarizing,induction,analysis,comprehension and empirical research.Firstly,studying literature about intelligent manufacturing,and introducing the theories of some terms and concepts of SMT,intelligent manufacturing,big data,smart warehouse,and absorbing these knowledge.Secondly,describing in detail influence factors in SMT product process,and displaying some defects of current product process from different aspects of men,machines,material,methods and storages.Reconstructing SMT product process by using intelligent manufacturing theories,and the targets improve quality,increase effectiveness,cost down,diminish inventory.Utilizing new technologies of automations,big data and intelligent warehouse management widely,and eliminating these defects in product process.Finally,based on SMT intelligent manufacturing product process,design the models of product data,OEE(overall equipment effectiveness)and manufacture cost,and making relevant effective analysis,and checking effectiveness of models.Suggestions and methods of SMT intelligent manufacture product process are summarized and presented,and it will push to other enterprises.This thesis researches some application methods in SMT product process by intelligent manufacture,big data and smart warehouse,and eliminates a large amount of waste in previous process.These methods have more improvement effects in reducing the staff,and increasing effectiveness and quality,and saving manufacture cost.These technologies are very crucial to developing the SMT manufacture in the future.
