Research And Realization On Automatic Metrology System Of A Type Of ATE

At present, the traditional mode of calibration used in ATE is off-station calibration. This method has many faults and shortcomings.On the basis of the problems and difficulties in calibration of ATE,the methods of automatic metrology system used for a type of ATE are researched in this paper.According to the feature of integration of the ATE, combining the actual metrology in the army, firstly bring forward the principle of ensuring total technical index, then access the uncertainty of some typical technical indexes,providing the necessary condition for the next step of the metrology of the ATE.There has been no general standard for ATE, therefore, according to the feature of metrology of the ATE,four principles and two abasements of automatic metrology are put forward to support and help to sum general ways of calibration of ATE and finally attain the trial standard of the calibration of ATE. The four principles of automatic metrology are"black box", combing the metrology index with actual application,combining outer metrology standard equipment with the calibrated testing equipment of the ATE as well as combining verification with function check. The two abasements are that signals vary with the influences of transaction channel.Combining the actual metrology of ATE in the army, the method of automatic metrology for the ATE is divided into three steps. The first step is to control the process of outer metrology standard equipment to realize the metrology of the main testing equipment of the ATE. The second step is to control the process of outer metrology standard equipment and the calibrated testing equipment of the ATE to finish the metrology of the left testing equipment. The last step is to give automatic check to the ATE by using the adapter of self-test and finish the function check of the channels of all parts such as switches and relays. By using the least outer standard equipment the automatic metrology system designed for the ATE can make up the faults and shortcomings of traditional off-station calibration and provide a way of ATE metrology in the perspective of metrology. At last, realize the system proscenium job and show whole running effects.
