| Industrial control technology, which is one of the important applying area of information technology, is developing rapidly with the development of information technology. It's a trend that computer control system developing towards integration, networking, and intelligent. Fieldbus Control System (FCS) has become one of the main technologies used and researched in industrial control system for its openness, decentralization and interoperability. However, because of the many reasons, there has been a fact that many different fieldbus protocols should be coexisted at the same time. With the wide application of FCS in industry enterprises, the interchange of information among different fieldbus protocols for enterprises has been very urgent. At the same time, there are many traditional control systems like Decentralized Control System (DCS) in application of industrial control system, for a long time,it will coexist with fieldbus control system. Thus it has practical meaning in project to study and solve the integration of different control systems, in recent years, the researches of bus control technology and system integration technology and their applications have already been a focus on academic and engineering fields.The thesis introduces the development and current situation of industrial control system, the technology characteristic of fieldbus, and the current situation and developing trend of FCS. The thesis also researches the architecture of FCS, and especially introduces the PROFIBUS fieldbus technology in detail. The thesis expatiates some schemes of fieldbus integration, including the integration among traditional DCS and FCS, different FCSes, FCS and information network. Then, the thesis studies the technology of system integration, introduces some schemes of system integration. After comparing and analyzing, the thesis introduces the principle of OPC (OLC for Process Control) with emphasis, then a scheme of integration for two different systems based on OPC technology is designed.Base on building automation and intelligent control laboratory, the thesis expands it's study and research. Two systems, which are"A simulation monitor system of central air-conditioning system based on PROFIBUS technology"and"A distributed data acquisition and control system based on ADAM modules", has been designed. Configuration software WINCC and KingView was used for system configuration and monitor in these two systems. The thesis discusses the network structure, the hardware installation and configuration, the system integration and data exchange, the monitor interface and etcetera of the two simulation systems. Finally, base on OPC technology, using configuration software, these two different systems are integrated and the integration system structure and procedures of integration is also introduced. By experiment, the practicability and validity of fieldbus control system used in industrial control is proved, and the scheme of system integration and data exchange using OPC technology and configuration software is explored.The thesis has abundance of content with theoretical research and experiment analysis of bus control technology and system integration technology, and has certain reference value for theoretical researching and engineering application of bus control technology and system integration technology. |
