Plc Control System Engineering Research

Fieldbus technology is a digital, distributed, open and inter-operational technology, which represents the development trend of industrial control system. In the paper, we thoroughly studied the network architecture and application of PROFIBUS and Industrial Internet. On the foundation of above works, we designed a small but applied monitoring and control network experiment platform for the application of the fieldbus technology. In addition, we discussed HMI technology and the way of design a supervisory system. In the end, we studied the stability of a PLC control system based on the personal experience in the design of real industrial control system.
