Now the industrial civilization and the city is highly developed,air pollution has become an unavoidable reality.Electrostatic precipitator(ESP)has played a huge role in the field of air management because of its high efficiency,large amount of flue gas treatment,easy maintenance and other advantages.With the improvement of emission standards in China,the ESP dust removal efficiency and energy saving has been put forward higher requirements,resulting in its power supply design which is the ESP core components has been widespread concern.In this context,the hardware design of ESP power supply and the realization of the control system are conducted in-depth study.The thesis optimizes the monitoring and control of the ESP operating state and designs a high-voltage ESP power supply suitable for small-scale factory tail gas treatment and catering industry fume purification.Based on STC microcontroller,the power supply can analyze ESP operating conditions in real time to the self-adaptable control of output voltage by capturing spark flashover signal.So the ESP can operate at the optimum operating voltage and always maintains efficient dust removal efficiency.The AC input circuit,auxiliary power circuit,power conversion circuit,spark flashover detection circuit,pulse width modulation circuit and voltage sampling feedback loop has been described in details.The thesis also calculates the detailed parameters of the key devices to determine the selection of the device by the analysis of the circuit above.Auxiliary power supply using flyback topology provides a stable operating voltage for the system internal control chip.Compared to the use of power frequency transformer,the auxiliary power supply has low energy consumption.According to the power supply design indicators,the power conversion circuit eventually uses the half-bridge topology as the main circuit.The pulse width modulation circuit adjusts the power output for the ESP to provide a stable and appropriate operating voltage by analyzing signal from spark flashover detection circuit and voltage sampling feedback loop.The design innovation point has two.First,according to the flashover mechanism,the thesis designs spark flashover detection circuit to reduce the spark flashover detection rate and false alarm rate.This also provides a strong basis to adjust the power output.At the same time,the system has taken different treatment measures for different strength flashover to ensure the efficient dust removal efficiency.Second,for the phenomenon of heavy spark,the power takes gradient pressure regulator mechanism.This not only protects effectively the ESP itself,but also solves ESP dust problem caused by the sudden drop in the working voltage.The power system is tested in the sixth chapter of the thesis.Experimental results show that the circuit can work properly.For the ESP different conditions,the power system can automatically adjust the output voltage.The ESP dust removal efficiency has been further improved,and the power comprehensively improves the ESP operation and management level.The power supply designed in this thesis achieves the desired results.
