Image processing technology has been one of the focuses of concerned Applied Technology. It has wide application for its conveniency and rich information content. With the maturity of micro-electronics technology and image processing, the large amount of information storage, transmission and processing of the image processing technology is becoming increasingly easy to achieve. To design a real-time, high-efficient image processing system facing to industrial application has been a concerned focus home and abroad. At present, the International research of industrial image processing technology has reached a considerable level. However, domestic research is just in the initial stage. In this situation and request, to develop the development platform of image processing system facing to industrial control area has extremely important scientific research and practical significance.This paper first introduces the development and application of present image processing technology and focused on the development status and features of image processing system facing to industrial control. Then , considering the features of the industrial image processing system and the practical request of this project, the paper presents a hole design of image processing system facing to industrial control area and detailed analysis for the design of main modules. Based on the design of this system, this article then has detailed analysis and study of CCD imaging module, image acquisition and pretreatment module based on FPGA, and image processing module based on DSP.On this basis, it gives specific design ideas and implement methods of the three modules. Based on this design idea, it develop a image processing platform facing to industrial control by integrating the implement methods of the three modules and carry though some related tests to verify the effectiveness of the platform.At last, A summary is given at the end of the thesis, discusses some existing problems and several research directions needed to study in order to improve the design.
