Recent advances in wireless communication, mirco_eletro_mechanical systems (MEMS) technology, integrated circuit have enabled the development of low-cost, low-power, multifuncational sensor nodes that are small in size and communicate untethered in short distances.The mature in technique and quenty of application needs attracte more and more concern.ZigBeeTM is a type of wireless communication technology based on IEEE802.15.4 standard with low cost, easy to set up. It applied to monitoring and control applications in industrial and commercial building environments for save the cost of wiring and installation and also to allow more flexible deployment of systems. This paper introduced how to design an industrial monitoring application with ZigBee technology, which substituted for traditional system with complicate and difficult cable-communications. The system would not only improve expansibility of system but also reduce the cost of deployment.In this paper, a novel integrated solution is designed and illustrated.Using embedded Web Server construct a communication channel between WSN and Internet.It focuses on providing flexible, reliable, energy-efficient service for various applications.In this thesis, we propose a wireless sensor network platform including an Coordinator, some routers and RFD node. Routing nodes to expand the communication distance, meanwhile, as the expansion application we introduce a method that transmit the data from wireless sensor network to Internet by a Web Server gateway, which is further expand of industrial control networks.
