Embedded Network Monitoring System Based On ZIGBEE

In industrial environment, monitoring systems play an big role in data collection. With the development of the times, traditional monitoring system has been unable to meet the needs of diverse industrial environments. Many companies have begun to develop new monitoring systems with new technologies to adapt to various industrial needs. In recent years, with the quick development of embedded tools and wireless sensor network, embedded devices and wireless sensor networks in the field of management and monitoring applications are gradually emerging. While, Embedded devices combined with network technology is given a more flexible and rich features. And it becomes a new trend of embedded devices.The background of the paper is industrial environment; the paper proposes and develops a new design of embedded network monitoring system solution based on ARM9and ZigBee. The system consists of wireless sensor networks and embedded web server, with functions of real-time data acquisition, wireless communication, web browser interface and real-time data query. In this paper, as the core of wireless devices layer and information processing layer, We have a systematic study in the working principle, hardware platform design, software application development and embedded software migration. We also test function of each part of the system through experimental test, and the results show that the system can stably meet the functional requirements. Finally, we summary the design and development of this system and also we consider the subsequent improvement ideas.
