Since the half a century, with the development of earthquake observation and the electronic technology, the way of earthquake observation is getting to be digital measure instead of traditional analog measure. With digital measure the earthquake data can be of larger dynamic range, more precise and more stabile. And because of easy operation and connect with computer the digital earthquake observation measure become more important day by day.This paper describes a digital earthquake data acquisition subsystem control center design concept and design of key technologies, research and analysis the system functions.The paper presents the control center subsystem structure and composition software for the various components of the functions are introduced. based on the actual requirements of the system design goals. Details on the software development process, including the development of methods of development and software development techniques. The paper discusses serial communications, multi-threaded programming and component programming technology and the program design ideas. Design the serial communication class to accomplish terminal control, including send different orders to terminal, data storage and graphics display.The result of the experiment show that primary functions of the data acquisition transmission system work well and it is could be used for actual measure task.
