With the development of industrial automation,the demand for data acquisition is more and more widely deployed in the field.The requirements of these system software and the underlying hardware modules are changeable.The underlying hardware can be realized by the combination of reconfigurable hardware platform or foreign purchase module,but the supporting software can only be realized by embedded programming,and the development threshold is high.The standard IEC61131-3 programming language of programming industrial controller realizes the application development through graphical configuration,which can solve the above problems.However,this programming system,such as the central China numerical control industrial controller programming system(HZICP),is generally oriented to a modular reconfigurable hardware platform based on fieldbus,which has no advantage over the cost of the specially designed embedded data acquisition system.In order to realize graphical development on the changing hardware platform,this paper presents a data acquisition application logic for graphical configuration development independent of the pure logic components of hardware,and realizes rapid hardware adaptation and graphical application development.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Through the demand analysis of the data acquisition system,the project uses the domestic YAGE CME-M7 dual core SoC chip to design the low cost general hardware platform,and implements a variety of Fieldbus interfaces and various peripheral interfaces by using the rich pipe foot resources of the M7 processor to meet the connection with various hardware modules.On this platform,the most common data acquisition system of the data acquisition system and the requirement of the data storage and reporting function are taken as an example.The two sets of external purchase hardware modules are adaptable to the underlying driver,protocol adaptation and plug-in interface,and the hardware platform design of the data acquisition system is realized.Through the study of the plug-in mechanism carried by HZICP,the connection between the plug-in and the underlying hardware system is realized,and the plug-in is programmed in pure logic,thus the graphical configuration of the data acquisition system is realized.According to the interface protocol of deve configuration software,the protocol plug-in is developed to realize the graphical configuration of the human-machine interface.According to the MQTT protocol of cloud data storage,the graphical configuration development of data reporting and storage is realized.Finally,the research results of this paper are applied,and two devices,inductive displacement meter and elevator data acquisition instrument,are developed.According to functional requirements,an experimental platform was built to test the function and performance of two application cases respectively.Through the analysis of the test results of the performance parameters,the correctness of the graphical configuration programming method proposed by this subject is proved,and the design goal is achieved.
