With the development of Networked Control System (NCS) in the direction of integration, intelligent node, and distribution, more and more NCS places the control function in low-level field nodes. Human Machine Interface (HMI) adapting to different industrial fields and control equipments can greatly simplify the monitoring complexity, reduce industrial cost, and raise productivity. It has greatly social and economic significance.After some key concepts about NCS and HMI, the structure and function of controlled network net (CNN) HMI are analyzed in depth,the design of hardware is also presented. Based on the result of analysis, a system model including development environment and runtime environment is discussed in details, the overall framework of configuration software is analyzed, and the reconfigurable complication in communication model is thoroughly discussed, thus a design method of reconfigurable communication is proposed. Meanwhile using the PLC as the object a hierarchical model taking data organization hierarchy as the reconstructed object is abstracted, the reconfigurable interface is designed and implemented in configuration software design. Based on the model of configuration software, taking real time and stability as focus, the description emphases are placed on the building block design of push-key processing, display processing, and communication refinement and scheduling.Finally the test data of system reliability and security, and an application instance are shown. At the same time a summary of the work made in the thesis is presented, the unsolved problems and the future-perfected aspects are discussed.The HMI able to meet the demands of different industrial fields and control equipments .Meanwhile it can be a good reference in the research of the similar field.
