| Along with computer technology and automation technology rapid development,the distribute control system of heating has started to substitute for the traditional pattern. It is an urgent problem for the medium and small city to transform the obsolete boiler and replace the measuring instrument with the computer.In this paper , there is a introduction to control system based on Ethernet which is used for heating boiler .It gives a detail description about system integrate and software design.The first research focuses on how to solve the problem of data communication. In the paper, the industrial network was introduced, with emphasis on describing the principle of the industrial network.The project solution is established after analyzing the industrial field situation.The second research content is data management . Due to the design openness, the expand function not strongly,the traditional control software has limited its renewal speed. Researches have been done to improve the modularization and humanization of industry control software by making use of popular software technologies.At last it gives a detailed design proposal about human-machine interface.According to integrate viewpoint, the intellution Corporation's iFix software is used in monitoring system and Honeywell Corporation's HC Designer is used in controller configuration,it has achieved the best performance price ratio.The completion of this project is important to the nationalization of the configuration software and accelerates the DCS development. |
