Research On The Key Technology Of Data Interface And Human-Machine Interface In Configuration Software

Data is the core of Configuration software.Data of Configuration software not only provide the data for HMI,but also provide data for the applications such as history/real-time database, reporting, alarm. It's necessary for all of these applications to provide a unified data access interface.In this paper, the use of OPC-DA specifications to obtain field data,and using C++ to realize the OPC-DA Interface directlyThe use of XML as the data format middle layer to the data. At the same time,naming rules is brought up for XML. Through this naming rules, developers of controls can obtain data via a common interface.And packages for XML and naming rules provided an unified data access interface for variety of applications based on the data.The developers of controls and applications can take more time in their job itself but not to care about obtaining data.This paper using C++ to realize the OPC-DA Interface directly,and give a dll to provide data access interface.The developers of controls and applications can include this dll to their application and get data with the functions that the dll provided.This paper makes a man-machine interface controls.This controls import the dll,obtain data from OPC Server,and dispalys it in real-time.
