Subsea blowout preventer(BOP)stack and control system are the critical equipment in providing safe working conditions for the drilling activities in 3000m ultra-deepwater,while the electronic control system in which plays an extremely important role.In this paper,we propose triple modular redundancy control program based on GE Fanuc 90-70 PLC by analyzing the 3000m deepwater control system of Cameron, Hydril and Shaffer .In this paper, we concentrate on the electronic control system module layout, system configuration, human-machine interface and control procedures to carrying out a series of research work.In this paper, we use Pro/ Engineer software to complete the three dimensional modeling design of Genius input output module, Phoenix power supply module and hirschmann optic-electric transform module. The different layout method of electronic control system module is analyzed,we Select Open-style layout of the five surfaces for its structural arrangement is much more compact.We configurate one software control system which completely matches with the subsea blowout preventer electronic control hardware system by using GMR Configurator 8.06,Proficy* Machine Edition and hand-held monitor.completing the parameters needed to set up for the test prototype and passing the test prototype testing.Electronic control system test prototype procedure monogram use Proficy * Machine Edition as a development platform, utilizing a modular programming approach, the required control function control program is divided into BOP control modules, emergency disconnect module, the control box selection module and diagnostic module. Separate programming and debugging on hardware systems, achieving the control functions required by test protopyte electronic control system This paper uses CIMPLICITY HMI configuration software to complete the test of basic control platform structures, completing the interfacial design of blowout preventer stack,GMR table,PLC table,press table and emergency disconnect system, and realizing the human and prototype interactive control functions.
