In recent years, the logistics industry already becomes the focus of domestic and international industry development, and the logistics informationization becomes the main characteristic of logistics industry's development. Modern logistics system can improve personnel's working efficiency, fully utilize the advantages of resources and information management. Therefore, logistics system is the best choice of promoting the development of enterprise. This thesis solved the problem of the design of the logistics system of northern books city and the implementation of distribution subsystem in the logistics system mainly, based on the software engineering theory, adopted the structure which mixed C/S and B/S. Using the method of Object Oriented, combined with bin-packing algorithms shortest-path algorithm and book grade calculation algorithm. Solved the problem of unblocked communication, plan not detailed and thoughtful, low efficiency in logistics distribution system. In function design, this thesis used modularize method, it made the system more syllabify and easily operated. On the other hand, used SQL-Server as the database server, put the complicated logic procedure of business in the course of memory of the database, making the systematic function separated from data, the security system runs steadily. This system is divided into six subsystems mainly: the centre orders management , the centre purchase management , the centre send-back-goods management, The chain store providing and delivering management, the chain store send-back-goods management and the stocking management. Each subsystem is realized by a single function module, and the operation is simple and convenient.
