RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a kind of advanced auto-identificationtechnology. Its advantage is non-contact data reading and the easily automatic collection ofdata. There has formed a complete RFID industrial chain as RFID technology is being widelyused. But Chinese companies still lag well behind foreign competitors in the expansion ofmarket and the research of RFID technologies, in addition to this, the successful RFIDprojects are few and far between. In the modern information era, how to build an effectivedistribution network, how to achieve precision production, precision classification andminimum inventory, and how to make a quick inventory of goods have been the core needs ofclothing enterprise.Currently, most of the domestic apparel management is using bar codetechnology, which is a very widely used automatic identification technology, yet a visualrecognition technology. Using bar code which is not only easily damaged but also hard to sortand check out clothes in the warehouse.Articles focus from supply chain RFID applications in the clothing and practice toexpand. It analysis supply chain problems of clothing company, the various parts of thesupply chain requirements analysis, design of the RFID supply chain improvementprogram.The overall design of this system was conducted and its structure and operationprinciple was also brought forward. Also the configuration, function and database of thissystem were designed.In this paper, RFID logistics supply chain solutions of clothing are presented and keyissues in achieving the system were studied, which include application solution andrealization process of in-out store management of finished products, warehouse inventorychecking management, distribution supply chain management.The System designed in this thesis has been applied into practice, and it has goodresearch value and practical significance.
