The Practice And Exploration Of Electronics Practice Teaching System In Vocational Education

Construction of a scientific, comprehensive and adaptable practice teaching system in vocational colleges is the key to solve the problem that the current curriculum and the model of personnel training can't meet the needs of the society. It is not only an effective way to cultivate technical personnel that are required by the market economy, but also the focus of the field of vocational teaching and research in the new century.The thesis searches, successes and integrates the domestic theoretical research on vocational practice teaching system. The subject of the investigation is the electronics practice teaching in Suzhou Institute of Industrial Technology. It investigates and analyzes the practice teaching system, including the five sub-systems: target system, content system, condition system, management system and evaluation system. The investigation shows the effective feature of the practice teaching system, but we can see the deficiency in the system: the management system is not good enough; the quality monitoring system should be built; the teachers'ability are still weak; school-enterprise cooperation should be developed; professional practice teaching needs to be further reforme.Through the analysis of the causes, the thesis puts forward the approached and suggestions: Continue to improve the practice teaching in the software construction on the basis of strengthening the building of the hardware, including the improvement of the practice teaching and management system, especially the two measures: deepening the development of the"Double"skilled teachers and students'integrated practice which they do before they graduate.
