The development trend of the current manufacturing factory automation is the enterprise-wide integrated automation. At present the domestic textile machinery industry relatively intense competition, stand-alone development of automation technology faster, but in the textile enterprises remain in one of the state of a machine, not high degree of integration of textile machinery and automation. Of course there is a certain relationship of China's national conditions. Some textile machinery manufacturer enhance the degree of automation, raise the level of integration, design the integrative system of management and controlment of textile machinery, in order to achieve leading-edge in the fierce competition.The integrative system of management and controlment of textile machinery, which is designed to potentiate productive management of textile enterprises, heighten productive efficiency, upgrade level of informationism. It can collect real time productive data and operation information, then automatically gather these data to computer by network, and then aggregated to record, analyze, association with the enterprise network, and provide timely information for productive management; top management will transmit process technologic parameters to scene equipment through the network, also provide basic management orders, and maintenance and adjustments contrapose runtime status.The system uses Siemens launched PC-based automation components WINAC as PROFIBUS-DP Master Station. The FA506 Spinning Frame made by JINWEI Textile Machinery CO.,LTD. based on SIEMENS S7200 control system and expansion of EM277 (PROFIBUS-DP Station Modules), Sixty spinning frame make up of the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus with entire workshop, make full use of the open WINAC data exchanged characteristic, in the Siemens Industrial Computer machines to achieve centralized control and management of complex production.
