The Research And Development Of House Controller And Monitoring And Controlling System Based On LON Fieldbus

Fieldbus is a new type of communication network , which can connect the equipment and instrument on the spot with device and system , particularly is be known as a serial double multi-node digital way. Fieldbus is a new generation of automatic controlling system and is different to the traditional model of controlling system from system structure and communication mechanism, what's more, it can solve the problems traditional controlling system left easily because of including the advanced technology of network and communication. Fieldbus is well known as a next generation of controlling technology taking the place of DCS. So it is quite important to do the research of the fieldbus technology in automatic field and design the products. LonWorks technology was developed by Echelon Corporation in America in 1991. Owing to LonWorks'advantages and Echelon Corporation's endeavor incessantly, LonWorks has already become one of the most poplar fieldbus in the world. The application scope of LonWorks that is very wide involves many domains such as building, factory, train, family, power, and airplane etc. By dint of the development advantages in building automation in our major of automation in our university nowadays, we build an intelligent building laboratory. And this task is one part of this laboratory. Based on the research of the characteristic of LonWorks and thinking about the house safety, housekeeping and automatic meter reading system in the laboratory, the author give out the project of the design the house controller based on the LonWorks technology. And debug the controller with the other system of the laboratory, and achieve the expected function. Firstly, the author put forward the task background and the author's main works, and then introduce the advanced character of LonWorks technology in detail, including Neuron Chip, LonTalk protocol, network communication technology and tools. After that, it dissertates briefly the intelligent building and the status in quo and advantage of using LonWorks building intelligent building. It is the emphasized research that how to design the house controller based on LonWorks technology. It's content firstly including the hardware system, such as MCU, Neuron Chip and their expand circuit. At the same time, put forward the MCU's program , Neuron C software and serial communication's method. Also the author expound that how to use iLON 1000 to connect the LON network and Internet seamless. By use of LNS DDE Server, it is achieved that gather the data on the spot, and how to realize the remote Monitoring and Controlling. And also give out the HMI design by Delphi briefly. In the end, the author summarizes this paper, and sums up technique fruit and engineering experience from the paper. And put forward that how to do the next reserah .
