| This paper aim at the automation system construction of hydraulic pressure manufacture plant. Author makes some research on creating distributed control system based on fieldbus technology.The more development of hydraulic pressure machine technology concentrates on fexible automation product line. By the construction of fieldbus control system project, an example of flexible automation plant of hydraulic pressure manufacture based on profibus, this paper shows the advantage of fieldbus control system----integrative information and economic cost. By mean of the automation control system construction example created from the field device control system in the bottom to factory management in high layer, we can include that FCS (fleldbus control system) is a more comprehensive, and higher performance communications system used for a distributed system structure contrasting to traditional CCS (center control system) and DCS (distributing control system). For collectivity plan~. hardware configuration and software design proflbus is convenient and effective.As for the traditional hydraulic device manufacturer,or other manufaction enterprise, this paper supplies some beneficial research for the product development. Author puts forward to some viewpoint and suggestion on how to transform the control system of existing production according to the develop tendence. |
