Interbus Fieldbus Gd Packing Machine Control System Design

As an important industrial automation system of industrial process automation technology,PLC(Programable Logic Controller) have incalculable application values and great market potentials in modern industry.PLC possesses mighty power in numeral caculation ,data process,analog regulation and network communication etc.Through thorough researching fieldbus and PLC,a GD packing machine supervision-control PLC system based on INTERBUS and INTERBUS network is discussed and detailed system design idea is provided in this paper.The main achievements are as following: Based on features of GD packing machine and PLC system,design GD packing machine supervision-control system and opt automation control equipments . Based on features of function modules and requirements of field product,configure hardware and parameter function modules. To construct INTERBUS network ,configure INTERBUS network and program communication code for INTERBUS network and PLC system. To design GD packing machine control system and develop supervision-control software.
