Design And Realization Of Automation Control And Management System Based On The Fieldbus For Tobacco Primary Processing Line

The control and management system is the new contrl mode.Its function is to realize the control and management of the processing line.In accordance with Luohe Cigarette Factory requirements on integrated technology for automation control and management,this paper will analyze and discuss on network structure, information integration, datamanagement and hardware,software for the whole system.The main contents are as follows:1.Analyze and study on network make up of automation control and management system.And introduce equipment control level,central monitor lever, and production and management level.2.For equipment control level, discuss about the program of plc and fieldbus, and introduce the principle and key optimized algorithm of control loop and master machine.3.For central monitor level, set forth systems connecting effect between high and low level.Introduce its design of function,and hardware and software.4.For production and management level, in view of the current situation that program of information,give the design of answer .This system guarantees technological requirements and is in line with concerned national standards. Under such premise,it has successfully operated and integrated the tobacco primary processing line for cigarette factory,laying the grounds to achieve the goal of bringing the factory into leading modern enterprise in the country and becoming digitized cigarette factory in the future.
