Office Automation (OA) is an important link in the enterprise management system. It is significant for improving the work efficiency and management in the enterprise. It is various in the forms of office, but the essence is the same. It can significantly decease the repeatedly development cost by developing a universal and product level office software. So it has a very good market prospects.This paper, First of all, based on the software of OA and its application so far by a number of investments, formulates the function and non-function objective. And then puts forward the application model of B/S. Implement it based on .NET framework. This framework integrates the technology of JavaScript, Ajax, ASP.NET, C#, portal, Applet. Secondly, the function models of the OA software system has been divided, and the implementation of these models has been formulated, including access management, portal, information distribution and inquiry, device reservation, punching management, on-line training and test management, Mail custom format. Finally, this paper introduces the design and realization of graphic work flow editor, formulates the core algorithms and technology of work flow management system. The result indicates that the separation of business data and control data will excessively improve the extension and flexibility of the system.In the new era environment, office procedures and content are constantly changing, so the key of OA office software success is to adapt this change.
