A way to resolve this problem is tostructure information portal to integrate resource.This thesis is base on the development of the information portal of FujianCommercial College，this portal can realize the integration of the old systems，at thesame times，it also can provide interfaces to the new systems. The information portalcan improve the work efficiency of the college，and provides better service.The portal of Fujian Commercial College is a comprehensive platform，this platformintegrates the old systems such as OA System、BBS，after this step，the system willsome new systems.This information portal use the B/S architecture，during the course of development，the author gets the requirement and use the most popular technology called JavaEE todevelop the system，the other technologies are Cloud storage，workflow engine，Service-Oriented Architecture and Middleware. These technologies can raise workingefficiency.
