Research On General Architecture And Development Technology Of Manufacturing Enterprise Portal

The manufacturing industry is the important foundation of our national economy, and it is an important embodiment of the national competitiveness. Improving and upgrading the traditional industry with advanced computer technology, network technology, communication technology and information technology is an effective way for our country to catch up with and surpass the powerful country of the world.This thesis describes the background, meaning and current situation of the development of Enterprise Portal, educes the concept of Manufacturing Enterprise Portal (MEP) , proposes the software architecture and design method of MEP system, presents the MEP implementary scheme with developing technology, integration technology and safety technology, and finally, combining with the key research project of Zhejiang province "Research about Fast responding to customers' demand product design and production MIS", introduces the application of MEP system in the Ruili Group. This research is divided into seven chapters:The first chapter is a total introduction part. It analyzes the background of Manufacturing Enterprise Portal, including the development of information technology, related work and problem of informationazation of manufacturing industry. Later, it sketches the project background and research meaning, and describes research contents and the framework of the thesis.In the second chapter, it carries on the comparative study to the concepts of Enterprise Portal and Manufacturing Enterprise Portal, preceding with definition of portal, discusses the explanation of Enterprise Portal in various literatures and summarizes the author's understanding of portal's connotation. Then it introduces the concept of Manufacturing Enterprise Portal, compared with networked manufacturing system and the Enterprise Portal. Finally, it presents the research and application of Manufacturing Enterprise Portal in our country.In the third chapter, the design method of general framework of Manufacturing Enterprise Portal is presented. The demand analysis to Manufacturing Enterprise Portal is carried on at first. Secondly the architecture of Manufacturing Enterprise Portal is described. Finally, the implementation of MEP is introduced.The fourth chapter is the key technology layer of this research, and describes several realized technology of MEP in detail.
