Scaling is a common and expensive problem in the water supply system. Global scale each year for cleaning and scaling caused by the consumption of heat lose of billions of dollars of funds .In order to prevent the formation of scale, there are usually ways of handling chemical and physical methods. Chemical method is based on water quality regular input of specific chemicals, easy to use, effective, but the cost is high, will bring secondary pollution.The system is the use of the physical and acoustic high-voltage electrostatic method of combining anti-scaling technology.Hardware, the system uses the company's 32 PHILIPS ARM LPC2114 microcontroller as a core component. The power supply circuit , signal amplification circuit, keyboard interface circuit and LCD interface circuits are designed in the paper. Pulse signal is produced by software design. Pulse signal converters into magnetostrictive frequency of 12-25 kHz audio oscillation of the surface heat exchanger in addition antiscale .Software, system software is embedded in the High Programming Language and Supported ADS1.2 system development software as a platform for the preparation and system software debugging.Preparation procedures used top-down design process. Developed a system initialization module, complete I/O settings, keyboard initialization, liquid crystal display initialization. Keyboard processing module to achieve menu-driven interface switching and data input. LCD modules, the system will pulse frequency value in the real-time display on the LCD screen. Pulse signal processing modules, the need to have a pulse.Analysis of the actual operation of the system in the presence of interference problems, design solutions. Take into account the stability of the system, reliability and low power consumption, and the feasibility of a programme.In the working environment, the equipment developed by the system works well. Various technical indicators have reached request, achieved the expected goals.
