In recent years, the increasingly hot electrostatic spraying, as opposed to conventionalspray, it has a great advantage. Use spray equipment for spraying thin material is notrequired, so that the environment plays a role in protection, and Viagra is no harm topeople; the quality of the coating appearance is better adhesion and mechanicalstrength are better; spray curing time short; corrosion resistant coating capability isparticularly high; no primer; the operation is relatively simple, less demanding manualtechniques; cost much lower than the painting process; some operating situations mustbe treated using an electrostatic spray process; use Process dusting spray equipment isnot common flow phenomenon.However, as a number of small companies using spraying no special high-voltagetransmission lines, and therefore the strength of the electrostatic field generated little,resulting in the production of product defects more. In order to solve this majorproblem is not the high-voltage input, design a DC high voltage electrostatic power,step-up, generate a strong electrostatic field, so that the effect of spraying significantlystrengthened.In this paper, hand-held spraying equipment for the background, given thehigh-voltage electrostatic power supply design ideas to solve the problem ofinsufficient electrostatic field strength.
