Development Of Adult Education Enrollment Management System

With the development of information technique, computer is more and more applied in all sorts of departments, all levels educational management department also equally face the bigness challenge of the information era. Educational administration information is handled by computer,which is the basic condition of developing modern university, so that we design the educational management information system just for Jiaying University Department of Adult Education.In this paper,we studied the development of the student's status management information system of Jiaying University Department of Adult Education. First,it gives a simple introduction of the situation of our country's educational management information system and the origin of the problem and system feasibility and the meaning of researching the system.Then,it discuss the requirement analysis and design of whole adult education Educational administration management information system.At last,the six system modules are divided to discuss the system frame design and the realization of interface and program code of the system.They are the freshman check-in and register module,the old student register module,the student's status alteration management module,the reward and punish register module,the graduate student management module and the file management module.The system is based on the mixed structure of C/S and B/S and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 database management system,it is developed by C++ Builder 6.0.It has many feature such as friendly interface,convenient operating,data security and high dependability etc. The system will lighten educational administrator's work and improve their work efficiencily, and provide good searching services for teachers and students.
