Operational amplifier are widely used in many fields of modern science and technology nowadays. Operational amplifier which is a full and basic part of most analog system and mixer-signal processing system, is critical in the design good performance.And the reliability of operational amplifier directly influence the reliability of equipments and system which is builded with operational amplifier.To make sure the reliability of operational amplifier, the comprehensive parameters of operational amplifier should be tested.Virtual instrument is the results of technology of modern measuring combined deeply with the technology of computer. The technology of virtual instrument breaks through the limits of traditional technology in such fields as data acquisition, data processing, data displaying and data storage. Based on the technology of virtual instrument, the test platform of the comprehensive parameters of operational amplifier is constructed in this dissertation.The test platform ensure the purification function and measurement accuracy, reduce greatly the cost of measurement, is flexible and convenient for the user,and is is prone to maintenance.In this paper, the technology of virtual instrument is explained briefly,classification and testing principle of operational amplifier is explained. This page article has done the key introduction to the In-depth Research of Testing method using Auxiliary Amplifier .According to the Testing method using Auxiliary Amplifier, testing circuit unit is designed. sine wave signal source and switching systems and data acquisition of electrical quantity is build in this paper using the computer and data acquisition card PCI-6221.And hardware foundation of the test platform of the comprehensive parameters of operational amplifier is constructedSoftware parts of the test platform of the comprehensive parameters of operational amplifier is constructed using the LabVIEW software of NI Corporation.The framework of software parts is maked of main program control module,data acquisition module,sine wave signal source module,switching systems module,analysis and processing module,result display and output module. Automatic measurement of the comprehensive parameters of operational amplifier implemented using the software. This test platform bringing the characteristics of Virtual instrument which is called "software is instrument" into full play.and has good flexibility and expandability.
