In the information society, people eager to human computer can be used to provide information services, thus multimedia technologies. It's there, only makes the original text of the computer interface with vivid face. People can not only see the images through direct and to hear the voice of learning and use of objects, and can take part in the demonstration or alter information. Then, multimedia video, audio communication also will be there, this will be the direction of development of communication.In this paper, object-oriented MPEG-4 video compression algorithm for the overall processes and MPEG-4 simple subset (SP) of the DSP implementation process, combined with the main chip hardware - ADI's Blackfin ADSP-BF533 series of features, On the part of the process of coding algorithms to optimize module. Finally, the use of several standard test sequences of ADSP-BF533 achieve the encoder were tested, and results were a qualitative and quantitative analysis. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the encoder, and through hardware simulation based on the description of the ADSP-BF533 real-time embedded video processor is feasible.
