Mass media is considered to be one of the four undertakers which effects children' s socialization in the Educational Sociology, so all social circles appeal to guarantee children' s rights of media. Now, children' s per capita media resources is not enough, and the development is unbalanced. The availability of media for children is the precondition of ensuring children' s rights of media, therefore the children' s access to media is the chief one of the children' s rights of media. For the pass few years, the quantity of kinds of studies on mass media and children has gradually increased, but there were lack of research related to children' s access to the media and few deeply analysis of the influence factors of children' s access to the media. In order to make up for the deficiency, we try to analyze how the social factors of the family, the kindergarten and the community influence the children' s access to the media, and then discuss the weighing and the route of the effect of children' s access to the media. Three conclusions have been drawn according to the literature research, the questionnaire survey and the case interview. Firstly, some social factors like socio-economic status of family correlate to the children' s access to the media; secondly, family environment is the most important effect environment, and the family socio-economic status is the foremost effect factor, in addition the parents' educational background is the primary effect factor among the constituents of the socio-economic status; finally, the factors of the family, kindergarten and the community are correlated. According to the conclusions, in order to make the children' s media environment better and advance the fairness of children' s access to the media, we give several suggestions for improving the environment of the family, the kindergarten and the community, and for strengthening exchange and cooperation among the family, the kindergarten and the community.
