With the improvement of science technology, specially, the rapid development of computer information technology, we had enter into a new information era. The sustained, stable development of oil basin depends on the extension of advanced technology. The collection data of oil wells are completed by oil production workers in our country. The indicator diagram of oil wells, equilibrium point, oil-pressure, oil-temperature and liquid-producing capacity are collected by workers at the job site, so labor intensity is every large. Accuracy of collection data are completely decided by workers' responsibility. Production management of oil wells is every hard at sea. Huge concentration pipes laying and more oil wells tables are used to reduce the difficulty level of production management at the site. The influences of weather change and vehicles to production parameters of oil wells seriously affect automation management. Adopting RTU/SCADA not only actualize automation of oil wells but also can enhance work efficiency and accuracy of collection data, additionally, the scheme can shorten the time of accident analysis .SIEMENS OSM is adopted to Ethernet with double loops based on PROFIBUS in twelfth block of shenli oil kendong, the method keeps clear net when net and components are out of work . Adopting the method is benefits for actualizing automation of oil wells, enhancing work efficiencyand accuracy of collection data, and shortening the time of accident analysis.The thesis is for the Shengli oilfield. In the project, sensor data collecting,PLC datacontrolling of slave compute and program which create a real-time monitoring of network inquire-alarm mechanism of master computer are designed. fiber network adopt SIEMENS OSM, and form a industry ethernet which are on PROFIBUS fieldbus of redundant doublering. It make sure the expedite network when the network or apparatus are appear problem and enhance the safety and reliability of system. By this project manufacture management of union station, metering station and oil-well will become automatic management. a long-distance real-time monitoring nobody's metering station, union station production parameter, automatic detection equipment state, closed loop control of important manufacture post and image monitoring are carried out. It uses user interface technology, figure technology, database, communication technology and include history trend record, drawing history carve, alarm mechanism. We receive a good effect, increase work efficiency and create a well benefit for the oil-well.
