Networktechnology has been slowly infiltrated into every aspect of social life. Variousprogramming languages and development environments are also in development,network programming has been widely used in a variety of software. Various local areanetwork program is also quietly affect the training of troops and life. Because thediscipline and consciousness of newly enlisted soldiers are poor, they often browse theWeb or play games during training time on the online learning platform, which lets thearmy management headache greatly. Development and design a kind of programmingwhich can monitor the desktop of a remote computer is very necessary. Local areanetwork monitoring system can send the desktop information of LAN in a computer tothe server, so management can keep abreast of the solders‘study.The system uses a VC network programming techniques to implement server-sidecommunication and monitoring client (command transceiver, data transfer), using VCgraphics programming techniques to complete the control interface programming of themain control terminal. The purpose of this software is help people monitor desktopinformation of the remote computer and then control it. The whole softwaredevelopment process based on the waterfall model, and the general process ofdevelopment contains demand analysis, summary module design, the detailed design,code and test. The project adopts designing ideas of Object-Oriented, Object-Oriented Technology is a current popular programming which has a powerful functionand the flexibility. The design of the whole system strictly abide by the softwareengineering design ideas.Computer desktop monitor of network training room provided the backdrop for thepaper. We designed this desktop monitor aimed at the present management deficiencies.Firstly, we analyzed and expounded the background,significance and content,describing the development of the related theories, including the developmen of platform, programming techniques and communication protocol. Secondly, we designedthe detailed scheme agiainst the needs of this system. Then the whole program wasanalyzed and designed, the business process diagram and the function module listed aswell. We explained that how the project was developed with the source code of thespecific description, during designing the desktop monitor system. Finally, we testedthe system designed and got results.
