In this paper,Yi Ma Qianqiu 6# Well mine hoist control system transformation as the background,the perspective from the field bus technology,controling of the inverter characteristics,methods and rules via Profibus-DP fieldbus are focused on research;the hoist control system for software and hardware are designed;Hoist PC monitoring system are presented.Fieldbus is a new technology.It follows the trend of information technology and meets industrial control systems to the decentralized,networked,intelligented requirements.Based on the traditional with the drive I / O mode control compared to field bus technology to control the drive have many advantages.After studying the Profibus fieldbus technology,based on Siemens Profibus-DP bus technology,achieving the principle of frequency control,programs and specific process are described in detail.According to hoist operating characteristics and the requirements of user,selecting Siemens company inverter. with vector control,four-quadrant operation,protection of sound engineering acted as speed control system.Using terminal control method control the start and stop and speed reference of the drive,the data of drive are acquisited via Profibus-DP bus.The control to mine hoist,in essence,is position control.It is special and important for production in the mine.In order to the hoist system is safty,reliable and stable,taking the measures of relay safety circuit and software safty circuit achieve the two or three-wire safty protection to hoist operation.The control system are configurated of two sets of PLC,a set for the master PLC,a set for the slave control PLC . Both exchange data and mutual surveillance through the MPI communication.Program is designed with a structured and modular methods.in Step7.Master PLC program include logic operations,stroke control,protection modules,and the slave control PLC mainly include control,protection and other modules.According to hoist control functions and requirements,the ideas and methods.of control programe are described.Using YANHUA industrial computer and monitoring software Wincc form PC monitoring system . PC monitoring software operate on the platform of Windows2000.Monitoring system are linked to the PLC to collect the relevant data via MPI communication network.Reflectting the device status screen,reflecting the real-time control and data management screen and alarm screen are designed to achieve real-time monitoring of the hoist.After the field testing,the system is now stable to achieve the desired functionality,at the same time the advanced and reasonable nature of the system design is verified.
