Monitoring and distribution automation is an inevitable trend in thedevelopment of oil depot. At present, China’s traditional monitor and controlsystem of oil depot commonly have the disadvantages: complicate in wiringand difficult in maintenance, which restrict the development of the enterprises.The rise and development of field bus technology provided a feasible methodto solve this problem. With the reconstruction project of Pingshuo oil dept asthe backgrund, reserch the automation of the oil depot monitor and controlsystem. Combine with the fieldbus technology,use the structure mode ofIPC+PLC,design the automatic monitor and control system.Decide the system’s three-layer network structure; analyze and compareseveral schemes of the system, determine the scheme in which applied thePROFIBUS-DP network. PLC S7-300serious of SEMENS is used as themaster station; PLC S7-200and the distributed I/O module ET200M are usedas the slave station.According to the characteristics of the oil discharge pier area, whichcomplicate and concentrate in wiring, use the AS-I filed bus technology.Deeply research the scheme of the accurate oil delivery system. On thebase of the thought of guadully shut off, combine with the use of HSC, designthe variable frequency speed control scheme of the system.Deeply research the control algorithm. Establish the approximate modelof the oil delivery system. Simulation results of MATLAB demonstrate theadvantage of fuzzy PID algorithm than the traditional PID algorithm. Showthe specific content of the realizition of fuzzy PID control algorithm in PLC.Base on KingView6.52, combine with the DDE and the Accesstechnology, design and reallize the PC monitoring system.
