Meanwhile, the electronic document must keep authoritative,believable and executive ability. So, we need an electronic system as authoritative,believable,safe as the real stamp system. However, because of the limited time and the shortage of the practice chance ,it is necessary to make some further discussion about the detailed problems appeared in the process of practice, and combine with the information system of the related business inside and outside of national tax trade, such as the CTAIS, diversified electronic application, ex-im drawback system and so on. At last these systems can be combined to CTAIS.
