Based On The B/S Office Automation System Design And Implementation

Recently, with the general application of the Public Security Net, more efficient working, more scientific management have been the important symbol of measuring the Public Security Information degree. And the OA (Office Automation) system, which has the scientific management as the core, is becoming the important part of the Public Security Information.This OA system is an integrated platform of affairs management and information processing. It gives a general understanding of the OA system and its development platform. The key technology mainly introduces the Workflow Technology and its management system, two models of technology (B/S, C/S), security and network technology and database technology, etc. Based on the key technologies above, my work has achieved the following results:1) In the analysis of the overall system framework, the analysis and construction of the system software architecture, hierarchical structure and support systems is mainly completed. By analyzing the system flow chart and Object-Oriented Modeling and the establishment of the system model figure, the analysis of the business work flow has been finished. In the system functional analysis, a detailed analysis of the system function organizations and the functional modules has also been done. Finally from the three aspects of the analysis of database requirement, the creation of system E-R diagram and the integration and security of the database, a detailed analysis of the database system has been done.2) In the system design and implementation, the following four aspects have mainly been done.a) Based on certain design specification and requirement completed the main system interface and some other interfaces.b) From the system function flow design, business flow design and the main modules design finished the system functional design.c) A detailed design of database has been done by the aspects of database design principle, database selection and database table design. d) Implementation the security design through the achieving of the digital signature encrypted component and safety data transmission components based on PKI.3) In the system testing, selected a system functional test method - Black Box test - by the analysis of the system test methods. Based on the detailed test plan and test case design, finished the system test.The research and engineering practice mentioned in this paper are based on the project result. The project based on B/S OA system product has been developed and put into operation.
