Electronic Commerce (EC), usually called electronic trade, is the process of adopting modern network technology to realize data exchange, thereby completing the whole commercial activity. The internationalization,socialization,opening up,personalization of the present network make the means of transaction of commerce abundant. Rapidly rising of E-commerce make the network the new battlefield of international competition. However, for the shortcomings of the network technology itself, the vulnerability of the network society has been promoted. Once the computer network is attacked and doesn't work, the whole society will fall into the crisis. Therefore, how to construct the safe e-commerce information environment and how to make sure its safety,stability and high-efficiency has become a bottle-neck problem of the internet developing to a certain stage, which has been paid more attention by international society.In this paper, aiming at the above problem, we make the analysis of the safety problem and solving tactics of E-commerce network information. here we have used the password technology, data storage technology, software protection technology, communication protocol protection technology,firewall protection technology etc. We will locate all kinds of precipitating factors related to information safety, supply the logic relation between the risk and the precipitating factor and the logic route produced by the precipitating factor inducing the risk, and put forward the targeted measures for mitigating risks; in safety analysis we put forward using the key testing method to model for the high-risk visiting process, and seek the solution based on the model. Finally in the paper we in the whole put forward the frame-work of the precipitating factor analysis and risk evaluation of E-commerce network information safety.
