For the sake of cost saving, informatisation with exact accounting and judgmatical service is imperative under the situation. To simplify this complex task, informatisation of spa business becomes absolutely necessary. The application of the database has become wider, as office automation, production process control, local area networks, intranet \ internet, as well as a wide range of database management systems can not be separated from, then how easy and efficient database has become our visit it the issue must be considered ADO technology provides a consistent, high-performance, high compatibility of the data access interface covered from floor to multi-database solutionNowadays, the application of network and technologies is almost consummate, while how to develop applied management software of spa business is still in further research. According as Delphi language, network, and ADO database access technology, puts forward a management software based on C/S using SQL Server, i.e. management using software instead of manual processes. By giving a complete technical solution of manage system of spa business, analyzes the development process of manage system of spa business in detail, and substitutes for manual processes finally. However, due to the limit of time and the author's scholarship, only implements management system of current spa business and completes existing functions. More works need to be done to make the system perfect and many issues need to be researched. The following could be worked on in further research:First, management of preferential treatments can be more flexible. There will be more preferential treatments. This can be the emphasis of system development in future to perfect the system.Second, as a result of chain operation, more work can be done on the application of ADO technology in B/S architecture to meet the needs of management of remote members of spa enterprises.Finally, the management of members can be improved, for example, reminder of members'birthdays and notice of available preferential treatments.
