Tape production in the drying system consists of several major parts:Supply air and exhaust air, heating, circulation, exhaust gas treatment andso on. For certain characteristics of the running system such as the mutualinfluence among the concentration of flammable gas, fresh air damperand oven negative pressure; mutual influence between the hot air, the fuelconsumption and the damper. After a long-term field engineers andoperatives debugging experience and operating experience, Thetraditional PID single-loop control can not achieve the desired controlaccuracy and stability. After analysising the system is nonlinear andcoupled analysising the system by relative gain matrix,we confirmedexistence of varying degrees of coupling between the input and outputvariables(such as exhaust fan, heat oil valve, supply air temperature, theoven negative pressure).So the whole system is a multi-variable couplingsystem. We put forward based on the multi-variable fuzzy control in orderto get a more stable and efficient system. First select the structure of thefuzzy controller,then on this basis set fuzzy sets,set parameter universeand set quantization levels. Followed by obtaining a membership function suitable for the system, And get the fuzzy rules on basis of the knowledgeand experience. Then design fuzzy controller according to themembership functions and fuzzy rules. Getting output status query table,Finally applied to the system with the fuzzy controller and analyze thedata by chart method. Actual system test showed that fuzzy control notonly to optimize the entire control system and do real-time control andaccuracy improve better, strengthening the stability of the system,but alsotruly Achieve Energy conservation. Therefore, application of fuzzycontrol has great practical significance and value.
