As China's rapid economic development, comprehensive national strength has continued to increase, the process of industrialization will be deeper. High energy consumption caused by the energy shortage problem will undoubtedly seriously constrain China's economic development. Centralized heat supply is currently the main heat supply way in China. Therefore, under meeting the requirements of people's heat, how to save more energy is the main direction. In this paper, GPRS-based the heat balance of the city intelligent network Control System through research thermal equilibrium theory on the steady-state conditions, greater makes resources to the most optimization, and significantly save energy consumption.This paper research the Heat Balance of City Intelligent Network Control System based on GPRS how to be designed and finished. Firstly, this paper introduces background of the system and development status. Secondly, it analyzes characteristics of the network monitoring system. According to long-distance data transmission system features, the system chooses the GPRS data transmission as a long-distance communication. Then, it introduces the details of the software implementation of the various functional modules in the design. Finally realization of the software is finished by using Eclipse and SQL Server on the Windows XP platform.The system uses thermal equilibrium equations in control theory, improve heat automatic timing cycle control functions. This greatly facilitates the management operator at the scene, changed their monitoring of the status all day. It improves some false on the web program, making sure take data all the time. Based on introduction of the high-speed, data transmission technique of GPRS can meet the demand of mass of data transmission and the real time administration of the heat network. The system can accomplish these functions well, such as data communication in the real time, monitoring network, storing the data and enacting the parameter.
